My personality model
The human personality at this point in our development can be roughly divided into the conscious, the subconscious, and something 'higher' that is generally not conscious to us. Some call this part "the higher Self" or "the Self". I myself just call it "the superconscious".

All 3 parts of us are evolving. So it is not just our consciousness that is undergoing change and development.
You already know this from yourself. Your subconscious changes, for example, when your consciousness manages to penetrate the barrier to it and shed its light on some of the structures that are there - it could be a complex/trauma. In a way, you can say that in this case we bring a part of ourselves back to consciousness, thereby changing both consciousness and subconsciousness.

Our personality structure consists of several parts: a collective and Personal superconscious, a personal and collective subconscious, and a consciousness that houses the Ego in this period of our development. Each of the different parts contains their own structures as indicated in Figure 1. In the collective subconscious, which I called the life theme plane, we find all the life themes. In the personal superconscious there are different 'stars'. They stand for different life experiences and thus show what you are capable of. Central to the personal subconscious we find the existential loneliness (EE) which is linked to the complexes and repressions that exist there.
Your personality structure is not static and unchangeable. It changes and reflects at any time where you are in your development. Right now it looks as shown in Figure 1, and as you will see in my article about the personality model, this is a structure that is perfectly suited to building individuality/Ego - which is what dominates your development right now.
