Everything Revolves Around the Life Experience

Your life is about developing your experience of life—and of yourself. The Life Experience reflects how you perceive your life and the events it brings. It reveals your capacity to truly experience life.

This experience is not static or unchangeable. In fact, it can be described with surprising precision.

The Life Experience defines how we engage with life. There are seven distinct types of Life Experience, each worthy of exploration. I will describe them in detail on this site and you can also read about them in my books.

We Grow in Phases—and So Does Our Experience of Life

We evolve through Developmental periods, and the Life Experience shifts dramatically from one period to the next.

In the Ego Developmental Period, where we currently find ourselves, life is primarily experienced through what we call feelings. Feelings are the language of the Ego—the language of the Ego-Life Experience.

But that’s not the only language.

​

In the Heart Developmental Period, the Life Experience—and its language—is fundamentally different. It is cleansed of the personal subconscious, more unity-oriented, and far less centered on the individual.

You are in the Ego development period, and at the beginning of the Heart period

This Heart-Life Experience is already beginning to take root in your life. It calls to you. It stirs a deep longing within you. Deep down, you know it is your future. You know there is more to life than satisfying the Ego—and you know this because this new worldview already lives inside you.

It is your future. But it is also your present.

Your Challenge: Choosing Between Two Worlds

Your current challenge is that you’re experiencing life in multiple ways—through two different Life Experiences. Your task is not to reject either one, but to learn how to choose between them.

 

Both are still essential to your growth.

The conscious and superconscious Life experiences

There are seven types of Life Experience in total, but for each of them there is a conscious and a superconscious version.​

 

Your superconsciousness is further evolved than your conscious mind. Right now it holds a higher Heart and Ego Life Experience, and from them you are influenced by the energy that drives you forward in life.
